I am a happy person for the most part and enjoy all facets of life. Coffee is a major part of my life and as such I am always seeking out better ideas and trying to push the limits of what we know.
Beyond coffee, I question everything. The ultimate question is and will always be “why”.
This blog will mostly be my ideas revolving coffee and food, but occasionally I am know to give my two cents on life. I believe coffee is culinary and as such should be treated with the utmost respect and like a good chef the barista should be given the opportunity to do what he/she believes is best, and the cafe should thrive on the basis that they serve quality every time just like a classy restaurant.
I aspire to know as much about coffee and culinary traditions as possible and try to build that bridge between the two. I am barista for Bloom Coffee & Tea.
